Property, bought better.
I'm a builder turned buyer's agent. I help you see what a property really needs, and where the value is, before you commit.
Before you buy, I check:
- The structure: what's sound, what's tired, what's expensive.
- The block: zoning, lot size, slope, access and what it allows.
- The upside: cosmetic refresh, extension, granny flat, dual-occ or subdivision.
- The real cost: build, holding and approval costs, not wishful ones.
One agent. Four ways to buy well.
Whether it's your next home or your next investment, the brief is the same: buy the right property, at the right price, with no surprises behind the walls.

Learn moreMost agents look at the price. I look at what's behind it.
Right now buyers are paying a premium for finished homes and discounting anything that needs work, because build costs, trade delays and approvals are hard to judge from a listing.
That's where a builder earns their keep. I've worked residential sites and coordinated trades, and I'm running my own subdivision and development projects in Helensburgh and Gymea Bay. I know what a new bathroom, an extension or a second dwelling costs, and what a block will and won't let you do.
- Separate the defects that cost real money from the ones that don't
- Tell cosmetic fixes from structural ones before you bid
